Promoted to Head of Commercial Business Development at the age of 28 building the broker/introducer business from scratch
Designed, built, structured and implemented the Asian Banking Group and currently Head of the team based in London before the age of 30. 3 direct reportees and a further 10 with a dotted line into the Group based regionally.

Additional Contributions:

Lauched the Asian Banking Group for Metro Bank and grew the business more than 112% in 12 months
The Group now has in excess of 300 customers with a balance sheet in excess of £200M in less than 18 months
Is a full member of the Asian Business Association as part of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Was nominated for the Rising Star Award at the English Asian Business Awards in Manchester in September 2014
