Jay has had a distinguished career spanning over 25 years at many of the top investment banks and financial institutions in the City. Jay is an ideal second generation Asian who we all want to be like on our best day because he empathises so well with youngsters and combines this with being grounded with great Dharmic values and principles. His passion for education had led him to set-up JD Booster Maths, a social enterprise delivering and inspiring confidence in maths for 11 to 16 year olds. He is an icon for the new generation of sincere and genuine youngsters who take pride in the values and culture that have been preserved by their forefathers for thousands of generations, and who have the courage to hold on to these values while very successfully fulfilling their duties in the modern world.
He has spoken about Indian culture at the CMS Cameron McKenna, BT and Barclays offices in the City including about the pillars of family values, why we celebrate Diwali and passing cultural values to future generations.
He has published with HE STEM and universities career guides for mathematicians in the financial sector.
