Latest work:

- Connected healthcare: Expanded beyond the done-to-death "individual health" wearables movement and into new adjacencies of connected "family health" and "home health". Developed a product ecosystem that brings together the disparity of big data, wearables, sensors, and services.

- Premium alcohol beverages: Took a successful cheap product in one market and positioned it to a successful premium product in another market (tough but good fun). Delivered a gameplan for market entry strategy, brand positioning, and an unique product experience with new consumption triggers, drinking occasions and rituals to drive perception/behavior change and product adoption.

- High tech toilets (yes, the ones that auto squirt): Helped a Japanese tech toilet manufacturer re-enter the US market. Immersed ourselves in user's homes to discuss and understand toilet behavior, etiquette, and needs (tricky). Delivered a roadmap of new toilet concepts, online/offline services, marketing strategy, and new design guidelines (turns out that users loved the squirt function but hated the invasive spaceship look).

- Online travel agency (OTA): Reinvented the online customer booking experience for China's biggest OTA to drive online revenue, reduce drop-off rate, and prevent frustrated users from calling the client's expensive call centres. Implemented and launched phase 1 web experience, and delivered a long term vision/strategy to keep the client's 800+ R&D guys busy to create next-gen online booking experiences for years to come.
