The nomination period for the inaugural Asian Professional Awards has been extended to 13th October 2014. The Awards which are supported by Ed Miliband and Boris Johnson amongst many other leading figures from the political and corporate spheres, will celebrate the achievements of British professionals from Asian backgrounds as well as help to create the next generation of role models within various industries.

Anybody with full or partial parental heritage from the continent of Asia is eligible for nomination, from Turkey in the West to Japan in the East. There is also a comprehensive and fair shortlisting process which takes into consideration the educational and major professional achievements of nominees, contributions to their profession, votes of confidence from others, and much more.
